REDI Volunteer Opportunities
There are many ways to get involved with the REDI program
As a Mentor
As the backbone of REDI, the role of Mentor represents the highest time commitment, and for the right person, the highest yield in forging relationships with up and coming real estate professionals. Mentors are seasoned industry professionals assigned to guide their team through REDI, providing feedback and real industry expertise as their team envisions a development plan for their case study site. While Mentors are not required to join every session, they should be prepared to engage meaningfully with REDI participants, ideally in and out of the classroom.
REDI calls for 3 Mentor types: Development Mentors, Finance Mentors, and Design Mentors. REDI participants will be split up into teams of up to 10.
