ULI Louisiana is excited to join AOS in facilitating a
visit to the manufacturing facility where Light Gauge Systems (LGS) leverages
today’s digital technologies to manufacture custom panelized building
components. Current advances in digital fabrication technologies such as
Building Information Modeling (BIM), Computer Numerical Control (CNC) equipment
and inventory control systems have facilitated improved precision, structural
capacity, and increased flexibility in panelized load bearing building
assemblies. Off-site fabrication and can dramatically condense on-site
